FAQ

#1: Who actually takes my credit card payment for gig tickets then?
GYEO works with a number of ticketing providers like Ticketmaster, See Tickets and Ticketline. Although we aggregate everybody's gigs into one smart search service when you actually buy a gig ticket you leave our website and make the purchase from one of several ticketing providers as listed. The commercial relationship between the primary ticketing provider and you is just that - we recommend you check out the terms and conditions on any ticketing provider site you find via our gig search engine.

#2: Why do you have the same gig listed twice sometimes?
If two providers are allocated tickets via the promoters or box offices then you can from time to time find that, for example, both See Tickets and Ticketmaster have gig tickets for sale for the same gig at the same venue.

#3: Why do you have the same venue listed twice sometimes?
OK this is due to the data that we are provided with and although we do our best to reduce this annoying duplication sometimes you will find that venues can be duplicated. For example the Manchester Apollo could appear as Apollo Manchester too. We are working on eradicating this as quickly as possible.

#4: How do I add videos to Get Your Ears Out?
This is easy to do with a little help from our friends at YouTube! Upload to YouTube first (they have easy step by step instructions if you have never done this). Once you have you video published on YouTube then follow the idiot-proof instructions on GYEO. Your Gran could do it.

#5: How do I add pictures to Get Your Ears Out?
OK the pictures are actually uploaded to our servers (unlike the video) and it's as simple as going to your favourite band's page on GYEO, clicking the photos tab and selecting the photos you want to upload from your computer. You can also upload your gig photos after an event has taken place - just add a gig to your Gig List before you go, return to the Gig Info page, and upload your photos.
