Rumours are this is one big piss take of sometime Radio 1 bod /TV presenter/comedienne and all round good girl Holly Walsh!
Yep apparently Holly asked Calvin Harris to open a pot of jam as part of a recent interview - but get this….and here’s the funny stuff…the production team had super-glued the lid. WHAT?!
Exactly. For those old enough this smacks of a poor Tiswas gag from ‘1970something’, definitely kids TV territory for sure - whatever your age you get our point!! LAME gag.
And that’s what Calvin thought too.
Calvin Harris has turned the tables on Holly and in a genuinely funny piss-take has set up JAM TV (funded by Philip Green and Simon Cowell - hilarious…it costs so much to produce you see!) and has now started filming celebs and musicians including Goldie, Florence and Katy Perry so far opening pots of jam with a lid that isn’t super-glued.
The theme tune and production on the credits is high end stuff (potentially BAFTA quality) as you’d expect from a multi-billion operation involving Cowell & Green…and Harris.
