If anyone is fit to celebrate the life and times of Ian Curtis it is Peter Hook and friends for sure.
The already sold out May 18th gig has now been added to with another night - the following night - Wednesday May 19th offering the same show to gig goers. That ’show’ is the entire Unknown Pleasures album performed by original member Hooky and some friends - so this is a serious night of live music even if it’s several decades later!

The music of Ian Curtis and the fabulous Joy Division are still very much in demand! Just listen to any Joy Division track now and compare to a number of great pretenders of today…. and weep. The new school just can’t cut it. No names mentioned of course as we’re polite motherfuckers. Joy Division were a one off, a moment in time.
So if you’re looking to join the celebration (ironically of the 30th anniversary of the man’s death) get yourself down to the new FAC251 event. We guess you’ll need to move quick. There is other stuff happening too so if you can’t make the gig check out the exhibition.
Oh and nice poster too so fuck our crappy google adverts. Enjoy.
